Steadfast Construction Group, LLC was founded on the pillars of honesty and integrity - something our founder, Alex Reiff, felt was often void within the construction industry. We've been proudly serving the Pacific Northwest since 2019.

Meet the founders of Steadfast Construction Group LLC, Alex and his wife Madelyn. They love doing life with their son and daughter, Calloway and Campbell. Alex and Madelyn love to give and serve in whatever capacity they can and Steadfast has been an incredible opportunity for them to pour back into and serve the community. In their spare time, you can find them renovating their home, snowboarding, and traveling.

Andrew Loewen
Andrew is our Managing Partner, servicing Chelan County and the Greater Wenatchee area. He loves being active and exploring the outdoors. His hobbies include hiking, snowboarding, and camping with his wife Marissa.

Ryan Molvik
Ryan is our Project Manager here at Steadfast. He loves the mountains and spends the winter snowboarding with friends. He and his wife Erin have two beautiful daughters, Astrid and Freya. They are big animal lovers and love their sweet cat Alaska, and friendly dog Maple.
