While each client’s project is highly customized, each project follows a basic project flow outlined here. Check it out to get a good idea what your project will be like.

Procedure for using Steadfast construction:
1) Go to SteadfastCG.com and Book a Consultation (give us some information about your project).
2) Set an appointment for us to come out and talk to you in person about your project.
3) We will write up a customized estimate to bring your project to life
4) Set up a follow-up appointment to go over the estimate. Great time to talk about project timing, payment plans, project length, etc
5) Sign contracts and set a start date.
6) Begin the project!
7) We offer daily, or weekly updates for each project (we do this in person if the clients are available, or can send them messages through our new portal.
8) We always do a final walk-through to make sure each and every detail was finished to the clients liking.
9) After finishing the final walk-through, it’s time to enjoy your newly finished project.

Steadfast operates with a 25%/75% payment plan. 25% at booking (this saves your place in our calendar permanently).
Modified payment plans are available upon request.

Steadfast Construction will provide all of the RAW building materials for each project. RAW materials include construction lumber, insulation, tile adhesives, grout, screws/nails etc. See our “Common Project Materials” page to see the products we use for our projects. All final details (tile, cabinetry, countertops, light fixtures etc.) are to be purchased and provided by the client. We can point you in the right direction for purchasing many of these items (see “how to order wholesale” page.)
